CARE GUIDE

Many of our items of jewellery are delicate, this is particularly true for the Sybil collection. Damage or twisting may occur with excessive uneven force. It is advised to handle with care.

We’ve all seen the iconic image of Elizabeth Taylor lying on a beach wearing a diamond and emerald necklace. To be honest, this is not recommended. Jewellery should not be immersed in water and should be kept away from chlorine, bleach, vinegar, ammonia, hand sanitizer, and other such liquids. It’s also important to avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, as it contains alcohol and other substances that are damaging to minerals. A useful tip – when getting dressed, put on your perfume, makeup, perfume, hairspray and lotions before you put on your jewellery.

We recommend removing your jewellery during physical work, sports, before bed, and when washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer and lotion.  Allow your skin to dry before putting Your jewellery back on.

When storing your jewels, please use the soft pouch provided, protecting it from other objects that may scratch its surface.

We recommend keeping your pieces in a cool, dry place and avoid over exposure to direct sunlight, as it may affect the colour of stones.

Whenever necessary, use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean Your jewellery pieces. If especially dirty, some warm soapy water will help to remove the dirt, or you can take it to a trusted jeweller for cleaning.
